Ambiance is nice. Staffs are very good. Food was average. Spent 260sr for food items that are average in taste. The fries was pricey but the taste was so bland. The avocado juice is very nice though.

I came here from Scotland and was blown away by this place. Definitely the place to be in Madinah for a nice meal with nicer atmosphere. Amazing customer service made my food almost immediately and was cooked to perfection Gave me such big portions I couldn't even finish the meal! The restaurant looks amazing with great vibes and a really nice seating area outside. If you're in Madinah looking for fine dining this IS THE PLACE TO BE!

The best Lebanese restaurant in the hood…. The guy named MOHAMMED was very helpful. Whenever i’d come back to KSA, i am definitely going back there…

Before I comment on the food, I have to talk about the misbehavior of one of the female staff working in the coffee area outdoors, she was applying nail polish while she was talking to us, we wanted to sit in the coffee area after we had dinner at the restaurant area, she was denying us access, she said this area is only for coffee, we clearly saw people having dinner at the coffee area. When I asked her why? She replied “because they want to”. What a terrible contradiction and misinformation. If the coffee are is designated for coffee and desserts only, then no food should be allowed there. She said we have to spend 70 riyals just on coffee and desserts to sit in the area while we spent over 600 riyals on food. We as visitors did not like the service and attitude of the female staff working in the coffee area. Now for the food, we ordered ozul rice and it was extreme salty and we didn’t receive any refund or price reduction. Thank you! I hope you guys make positive changes especially with staff and customer service!

A lovely addition to ever expanding Madinah eating and hangout place. This restaurant has two parts; one with food parts and the other with drinks and desserts. Inside and outside sitting which makes it an excellent place. The ambience is awesome with light music and an open view of dancing fountains.
