The bagels are so fresh and crunchy from outside and fluffy from inside! Amazing filling options and flavors ? the coffee is good too .. great option for breakfast or brunch ??

I love and enjoy everything here especially the service and their lucky chicken everytime I dine here, but unfortunately today around 08:25 in the morning, there was something off with their service. I understand that it's quite busy but please, don't ever tell your waiting guest standing in front of the till "WE NEED TO COOK THE CHICKEN..." in a condescending tone. It's rude! Usually, they process the payment right after taking my order everytime and that's why I waited. They should have told me like "please have a seat first and we will serve it to you shortly" or anything that's appropriate if they want to settle the payment later. They didn't even bother to ask me if it's for dine-in or take away. I am really disappointed!

Great place for breakfast. Will take customised orders same like at Subway but with bagels. Have hot and cold coffee options too.
