Terrible Customer Service

Hostess was exteremly rude. Although they had numerous tables, they were very uptight in terms of the need to have a reservation. Place is not dynamic. Customer service is probably one of the worst.

ا A wonderful and beautiful place that suits the afternoon atmosphere??✨ The type of coffee is delicious. The latte, cappuccino and tiramisu are delicious. The chocolate cake is a mixture of chocolate and crunchy. It is very delicious and the macarons are very ordinary. I give it 6/10.

Location 10/10 Decoration 10/10 Clean 8/10 Service 2/10 unfortunately I am hesitating to write this comment but I really faced it today, all the attention and quick service go to non citizens (tourists or foreigners) I wait more than 20 minutes to make an order then another 30 minutes to get the first dish, then another 10 minutes to get the coffee!!!! Take in consideration the cafe not busy Prices 6/10 overpriced bottle of water 18SAR!!! Overall 72% I will not repeat it.

We went there for breakfast on a weekday, it was almost empty so you’ll find seating easily, we ordered French toast which came with caramel sauce it was soo good I recommend, we also got eggs Benedict with avocado it was tasty ?, and a Cesar salad, for coffee we ordered an iced latte 7.5/10 and a cappuccino 7/10, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, the vibes were incredible ?

Service and atmosphere are the two reasons you go to Angelina. They are among the top I have visited in Riyadh. Food is good but not up to the level the place deserves. If they improve their dishes then it can become easily one of the best dining experiences in Riyadh
