Al Orjouan Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh now presents their new Friday Brunch experience called “The Chef’s Brunch”. The Chef's Brunch has a unique concept where each station has a special cuisine from different parts of the world with a picture of the chef who serves you the food himself. There is the Kofta Station with Chef Khalid where you can enjoy Levantine grills; the Berliner & Croissants Station with Chef Harish for delicious pastries.

The Balinese Station with Chef Vebri where you can enjoy Indonesian cuisine & traditional Saudi food; the Sushi station with Chef Bilal; the Pasta Station where you can enjoy freshly made pasta; the Spanish Station with Chef Marc where you can enjoy the traditional Spanish dish Paella; salads & appetisers station; and best part is the Desserts & Chocolate Surprise station with Chef Anoob.

Following on from the amazing chefs brunch of which can only be described as superb, we went to the butchers night tonight which was also stunning in its array of top quality produce. Cooked to perfection meat with a cook to order array of the finest cuts of meat. Will return to try the other evenings of which we have high expectations. Amazing service by all the staff and special mention of executive chef James who was attentive to the diners but fully hands on at all the stations ensuring quality control and maintaining the very high standards of which he obviously practices with relish and a professional demeanor expected of him. Great place, great people, superb food and a beautiful place to enjoy a meal with friends.

Amazing service by the team a few weeks ago at Friday brunch buffet. The food was plentiful and fresh, and the seafood selection is amazing. When I went to get the lamb with rice in the meat section, the Saudi server told me that it is popular and thus that it had finished. I went back to my table, only to be pleasantly surprised by two servers from the same section, one was probably Egyptian and I wish I remembered his name because he had told me ( he was quite tall) and another an Indian gentleman, and brought beautiful chocolate tiramisu bowls for the entire family. They apologized that the item wasn’t available and asked if I needed anything. What lovely customer service. They take care of everything. We will definitely be returning

The Butcher’s Night buffet was top quality and didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive Seafood, meat, sides, salads, and desserts came in so many varieties it would take several visits to try it all. Our only complaint was the quality of the lamb chops, which were tough and fatty, but everything else we tried was delicious or beyond. The brisket was the best I’ve had in Riyadh. Thank you!

Went for "Butcher Night" AKA Steak Night and it easy phenomenal! Excellent variety of meats to choose from as well as many other dishes. Service is fast, efficient, and done with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant!
