we already know they have the best chocolate, tea and atmosphere , but the service went down. Since the last time I came! there were 4 waiters in the outside area and I kept asking to come and take my order. They took a long time until I went up and called them and same thing when I ordered the check they really need to work on their service and keep noticing all the customers not ignoring them.
i understand it was a busy day and they must be exhausted, but still .

The best cafe our family ever tried here in jeddah! Nothing beats patchi chocolate! Not so sweet but so chocolatey! Nice ambiance and best service from the crew especially kuya jerome a filipino guy who served us. Super kind! Best of the best! Highly recommended.

One of the best dessert places in Jeddah. We ordered a the chocolate mousse cake, it was amazing and big portioned. Their wide selection of macaroons was great as well. Jerome was our waiter and gave us good service.
