マディーナの日本食レストランの制限された領域への最新の追加であるにもかかわらず、Izomiはその装飾の点で最も象徴的なものの1つです。確かに、いぞみ（日本語の水源）は、オープンキッチン、寿司職人、プランチャ、家具で、典型的な日本の雰囲気に浸ることができます。しかし、このタイプのレストランの通常の雰囲気と落ち着きを損なう音楽の存在を残念に思います。食事は美味しく、主な日本料理はメニューにありますが、常に利用できるとは限りません。レストランは2階建てで、ガラスの噴水のある屋外テラスにファミリーエリアがあり、食事をするのがとても楽しいです。一部のテーブルには、プライバシーを少し高めるために、ほぼ閉じたパーティションがあります。ウェイトレスはあなたの処分であり、サービスは質が高いです

My favourite sushi place ever! I couldn’t believe that I could find such a nice and fancy place with high quality food in medina like this restaurant, Im so thankful and grateful for the whole staff specially the beautiful and gorgeous waitress that i sadly forgot to ask her about her name, wish you all best of luck and recommend every sushi lover not to hesitate choosing this fabulous restaurant

Two stars for the good food and being the best Japanese in Madinah for me at least taste wise
The 3 starts are gone because
not a single time I tried to order one of thier offers and I was told it is available
Always there is an excuse
that the offer is no longer available or it is advertised by mistake or the price or content of the offer has changed
One time I tried to order the offer they published on one of the social media sites and I was surprised that the manages aid it's not available despite the ad says I can order it anytime
Another time I tried to order the lunch offer on the web and I was told it is changed
Also tried to always call before I come but no luck 90 % of the time
I believe they need to focus more on customer experience and value proposition not just only food

I gave 2 stars for the noodles only. So I'll divide my review to 2 items: food and service.
The food was below average, we ordered 5 types of sushi, Were tasteless. The salad with crab lacked seasoning. Soy sauce was too salty.
The service was totally disappointing. They said order will be late as rice is out of stock, how come a Japanese restaurant has no rice? And I asked for a special celebration for my bridal cousin and the waitress totally forgot and didn't even apologize. Never coming back here.

My Allah! This restaurant has the worst service. We went on a relatively quiet night (only few tables were occupied ). We were allocated a table and literally left there. No one came to take our order. I'd understand if it was a busy night but wow the service is baaaadddd if you don't even come back to take an order. We sat and sat and sat.. Then got fed up and left!
