The atmosphere is amazing !
Very warm customer service from “ Anthony “ he was very friendly and helpful
BUT the only thing I didn’t like there is the MANAGER, he was very rude with us after we set outside; mentioning that this area is for ordering food not coffee and sweets only! Then we told him, the waiter offered this to us and we accept it, he replied: yea but you have to know that I’m the manager here !

Great experience here at Bateel. I loved the place, the sweets, and the coffee. We got an americano and arabic coffee and they were very tasty and enjoyable. For sweets, we got the french toast and it was just delightful, highly recommended. Anthony was lovely and made our visit ten times more memorable ❤️

The location is fantastic, the view is marvelous, however it does not cater to people with special needs. It is a self service persons, elderly that are in wheelchair or carrying a cane. Standing in line waiting for people to order is not that great. This morning we went back to the old place & had breakfast.

Outstanding service
Went this evening to have some coffee tea and cakes, DAN was amazing, smiling, suggesting and giving choices and so friendly.
