Recommended hotel to stay with good ambience, clean rooms. Location behind Mall, which makes easy for customers to access the mall from hotel to get all needs. Reception always supportive for any queries.
Room service is very good, special thanks to Bhim who does perfect service.

I reside in this hotel pretty often and aside from being a very nice hotel, it is the amazingly friendly and hospitable staff that make it what it is.
Leading the charge is Mr Alam who is extremely respectful and hospitable and caters to all the guests wonderfully
The room and cleanliness and service is prompt and consistent service is always provided by the staff. Well read and knowledgeable staff. It is an absolute pleasure to be guest to their team. Kudos to them and keep up the excellent service and quality.

This review I'm giving specially for Housekeeping staff Mr. Kansar and Restaurant staff Mr. Momim. Services given by them was great , over all experience was great. Just one things, people were not allow to use speaker in Gym while working out. Rest all great.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome.. Really appreciate the hospitality. We enjoyed the view and much more the food, wide variety of selections. The receptionist ushered and assisted us very well, always catered our needs. All the BEST 😊

Everything is fine, but the shower area is too small, and your most of the room shower tab is not in good condition
I am your regular customer, need to improve breakfast as well
