I booked from the 16-23.3 and I had to pay twice. Till now the only thing that they can do ist give a number which is not valid. This is nothing that you can take on ease, and if would be you, I would fear the day we will meet Infront of Allah. Taking somebody’s money, ensuring him that it will come back when in reality it doesn’t, Wallahi that’s not an easy thing. This is the last chance and I’m warning you, if you don’t give me my money back, I will ensure that I will get my money back and I won’t forgive you and I will take my Haqq Infront of Allah. And do not answer on this with recommending that number that isn’t even valid.

They sold my room because I arrived after 6pm, even though I told them I'd be arriving late and they said it was fine. Got me a replacement room at the hotel across the street. It's cheap but if you come here make sure you arrive on time

Good hotel with affordable price. We booked double room and got triple room 🙂. Room was clean and it's about 15 minutes walk to Haram. Thanks for the service during our stay in Makah. Salam from Indonesia... Thanks

For the price it was excellent value for money.
Rooms were adequate and relatively clean (it isn't 5 star so don't get too picky), the location is 15 mins walk to the Haram (or 10-15 Riyal in a taxi) and the staff were very helpful.

20 minutes walk from haram, over a hill. Room is ok size with basic amenities, comforter was dirty and itchy with brown (blood?) Stain (covered with clean duvet cover). Couldn't sleep and called 4x for new blanket, they picked up once but they didn't bring my blanket.
I went downstairs to ask for a new blanket and they STILL did not bring me a blanket.
Overall, ok location, ok room, slow WiFi, expect subpar service.
