Our experience in this hotel (if you can call it a hotel) was awful!! I don’t recommend it at all. The service is nonexistent , the restaurant was closed and I ordered delivery and they didn’t allow him to bring the food to my room or send it with one of their staff! And when I complained they told me to take it up to the management who weren’t they to be reached.
The receptionists are not well established to handle clients at all, they talk to you in a bad way
If you are looking for a lovely stay in arar and a good service this hotel is not your choice!!

Excellent place ,the only problem which is always there there is no visa machine .you have to pay in cash always

There are actually two good hotel in that area, one is this the second is Hala inn however as compared to price and quality this one is better, the bad thing is that they don't have buffet breakfast so one has to adopt for room service or skipped it as the price with or without breakfast is different
