Very very bad experience .. expensive for the quality and services provided.not to mention the smoking smell got to the room where we stayed .. it was not healthy environment for us especially for kids… I give their breakfast half star .. we went to eat at 8:30 and it was cold and limited choices.. it needs improvement and if they can prevent smokers from smoking inside the rooms to prevent health issues for non smokers

This hotel was perfect before. Unfortunately though, the recent manager makes it one of the worst experiences, and we will book in it anymore

I have one complaint…During my stay, I had to extend my stay. The hotel staff called me, and I told them that I would extend my stay and now I am out for work once I reach the hotel I will pay….
Unfortunately, every 15 minutes, my wife in the room kept receiving calls from the hotel.
They were all so frequent that I transferred money to my wife's Stc pay account and she had to go to the counter and pay.
They did not wait for 3 hours.

One of the beautiful hotels in Buraidah. Only elevators are small and slow. Has open parking beside. No closed parking.

we stayed here with family and Mr. Saad warmly welcomed us and more than that he gave us free upgrade to Suite room. It was a very pleasant time for us and we are very happy with the room, staff and sure we will come back here whenever we going to Buraydiah. many thanks
WifI is fast, nice breakfast, nice room, good value for money
