I stayed at this hotel for a while, yes it is clean and the staff are great.
But the beds are not that comfortable(rock solid), Old split AC (so they are not as quite), NO WINDOWS!!!!! You open a window only to find it Sealed off.
Breakfast is not good.
I checked into 4 different rooms with problems:
1- sewage smell from the bathroom
2-toilet doesn’t flush properly
3-the fridge makes noises
You may want to check Aber Hotel which charges the same price but is 10 times better.
