Worst worst worst hotel ever. DO NOT BOOK. Dirty extremely small rooms. Leaking bathrooms. Slow elevators. Absolutely no room service. Phones are disconnected in all rooms. Electrical outlets are broken and a shock and fire hazard. The bathrooms smell like cigarettes and you have to take off your clothes to use the toilet or else your clothes will become dirty with the leaking water. It took 1 hour to checkout because they only have 2 bell boys in the entire hotel and painfully slow elevators. Never never never would I visit again. The rooms are so small that you can’t even offer prayers in the room. In some rooms you are forced to sleep by pointing your feet towards the Kaaba.

Overall, the impression is just OK, but if I talk about rooms, they are nice and comfortable, but basic amenities are lacking. Sheets were clean and were changed on demand. No iron is available in the room. Locker was not working. The lifts are nightmare. You are very lucky if you find the lift in 1st instance. Staff is cooperative but a little bit slow. I didn't use the hotel Internet service. The location is good.

Please- do not stay in this hotel. Totally headache. I wish i had something good to write for this hotel but so far the worst hotel I stayed in. Wrong information on website its not a 4 star hotel. Its not even 3 star hotel! The famous say ' all glitter is not gold' suits here. Only 2 elevators work our of 4 cause delays in prayer. Our room restroom ceiling was leaking we had to change clothes multiple times. 4 people and 1 towel although provided more towels when requested. Out dated rooms. The only good thing to write is the location. Extra ordinary small room you will bump into each other many times. No azan prayer in room either. Disappointed ! -0/10. Yea and wifi sucks big time try to buy your data don't rely on hotel wifi at all

Good things: Hot water The bed mattress Not far from al masjid al nabawi Bad things: # The reception was not very welcoming and have a straight face as if they're paying us not the other way around ( except on lady that was different from the others) # The cleaner told us with a straight face ( didn't ask gentaly) to move to the otherside to clean and start throwing water on the floor # The same cleaner was asked by a man in the reception to take our bagges to the room but he didn't and took long time cleaning outside the hotel, the reception guy brought the trolley and moved the bagges from the car to the room even though he had a straight face but this one was nice # Shower isn't that clean as you can see in the pictures, and there were no towels what so ever in the shower or the closet # Lift takes forever on prayer time and since we were in the 8 th floor using the stairs wasn't an option # The breakfast place wasn't a descent one the queue was too long and the food didn't appear to be good so we left and never came back there # there's no noise cancelling mechanism in the hotel. You can hear people talking in the corridor from your room # Room service never came to clean the room

So bad! Horrible! Disgusting! Broken amenities in the room, broken closet door, wifi keeps cutting, room door lock not working, broken wall so paint crumbs on the floor, a/c & windows not working properly, hole in shower valve… Even when they switched me in a different room there was still problems. Do yourself a favour and don’t book in this hotel it will save you so much headaches. The good fact about this place is that it’s close to masjid nabawi walking distance.
