DO NOT BOOK. genuinely the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. you could tell the building was old and badly taken care of. my room wasn’t very spacious and wasn’t made to fit 4 people at all even though it said it was. i noticed some stains on the bedsheets and the curtains do not open fully. lamp bulbs, lamp shade, kettle and cups were missing from the room. it also completely smelt of smoke and overall had a strange smell to it. i also saw an insect or 2 in the room as well. i was considering sleeping outside at the masjid instead of in the hotel room because i felt so disgusted from everything. the bathroom was absolutely horrendous too. the door for the bathroom didn’t even close, never mind lock. there were no towels put in there so i had to ask for some. there was also mould all over the bathroom which i overheard other guests in the hotel talking about having in their bathrooms too. i was planning to shower at the hotel but the conditions made it so uncomfortable for me so i decided not to. the breakfast was quite disappointing too. the only thing i actually liked from it were the pancakes. the selection wasn’t really for my taste either but that might differ from person to person. the elevators were extremely slow to get on and the stairs were in a dodgy and hidden area. the hotel also has a lack of wheelchairs so you must be on the lookout for one yourself as staff do not help you. also if you lose your hotel card or need a spare one, they do not give you one till after dhuhr so that can be a hassle. wifi does not work at all. even though it says it is free, it doesnt connect. i really do warn anyone who is considering booking at this hotel. although it was only a 5 minute walk to the masjid, there are closer and probably better ones so please book somewhere else.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in! Rooms were broken and damages everywhere. Pictures couldn’t be more deceiving. Poor facilities - no towels and one toilet roll. Had to ask numerous to get any. Worst customer service I experienced - the receptionist said our booking number was incorrect so I gave him our print out documents, he threw them back at me. Did not try to help one bit. After ringing our travel agents and sorting ourselves, he stayed silent while giving our room cards. Then we asked if everything was ok now, he told us to go away.

The building is very old, the ceiling has damaged paints, toilet fixtures are damaged, and it needs renovation. I have complained to the hotel staff to change the room, they are very cooperative and offered other rooms but also was the same quality. Also, room cost per day is expensive compared to hotel conditions.

The reception staff are so rude (Wiam Tanj……. I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling) is so rude and she didn’t acknowledge us despite us waiting in the front desk for quite some time. She didn’t want to help at all she kept ignoring us. The rooms are small and very old and dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel more like 1 star hotel. The housekeepers on the 5th floor didn’t clean the room once or give us towels etc they just sit there in the corridor talking on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location of the house is very near to Haram. It needs 5 minutes of walking. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. They also provided us with free basement parking. The room size was ok. But no towels were provided. On the hotel booking site, the check-in time starts at 4pm. However, the room was ready for check-in for us after 6pm. Waiting 2 hours+ in the lobby for check-in with very difficult for us with small kids and after a long drive.
