Arrived yesterday for Umrah. However rooms are very small, dirty and service overall is poor. Huge hotel but hardly any staff members working in the desired areas. Tea and coffee provided within the room but no milk to accommodate you have to pay 15 Riyals and wait 30 + minutes for room service to send it. How ridiculous! Very average breakfast buffet compared to my stay in Medina. Waiting staff have no care about the guests when cleaning the tables after use. Spilling things across the floor and not cleaning up after. For a 5 star hotel very basic. Room provided is dirty and housekeeping are not competent to do their jobs. To further add my mums clothes tore as one of the chairs in the breakfast area had a nail sticking out. They provided complimentary fruit as a means of apologies. Whose going to cover the cost of that? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

Overall the hotel was good. Staying experience was average to good. Room service was fine. The personnel need to be trained for the job. Stayed in tower 5. The staff didn’t seem to be that friendly. Didn’t really bothered to respond if we asked for something. The huge disadvantage that i noticed that it has the worst Shuttle service. Too much crowded at Prayer hours. Was really hard to get in to the bus after each Prayer. Had also long waiting hours. Saw people standing inside. This could definitely ruin your whole stay there. Due to this problem it’s hard to recommend them. They really need to address this issue ASAP to make it more comfortable for their guests

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the mosque but provides shutter buses every 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and the beds are very comfortable table . The service is perfect and the breakfast was very delicious. Staff is very welcoming, we had a lovely chat with Fatima from tower 4.

Good value for money. Very good shuttle service. Check Inn is a little concerning since if you are new and your first time there so won't know which tower to follow.

The rooms are excellent, the reception lady Dana is really nice and helpful.. BUT, the bus services are the worst ever... I was expecting a level of respect from the drivers but they treat us like we are not human. The breakfast is not worth a dime, tasteless and people were lining up for egg omelet like if we are at a hunger zone you can add another guy to fry eggs ... No varieties of food at all... Experience wise is bad and I won't do it again and I don't recommend anyone to come here... Add few hundreds and go to regency or Hilton or Sheraton rather than having a heart attack here.
