Bad experience.. the hotel is not clean even when they clean .. its dirty The AC in bed room is above your head and very bad .. i got sick from it its so annoying The electricity blog are damaged not working The towels have hole in it and damaged .. not recommended at all

while booking we mentioned early arrival around 11am, after booking we got msg that early check in is based upon availability, when arrived there receptionist ask us to see the suite if suitable or not, we checked it was ok, then he asked 300 Riyal extra money for early check in charges due to high in demand we asked him it's unfair and very unprofessional as suite is already available then why he's charging us extra for 4 hours early check in, after paying 2100/- for two nights we asked for baby crib, receptionist said go to the room he'll send someone, after calling many times only a cheap and dirty mattress came, no crib, never going back there. not recommended.

Worst experience. My siblings mentioned to book here again cause they were provided with best services last year. But then when the son of the owner "abu faisal" handled the service, he provided us with the worst one and lied over and over. He said there was no room with 2bedrooms but when we checked here, there are available ones. He said we were 18 people, but we were only 16 and refuse to go back check the cctv. He wanted us to pay more and did not feel bad WAKING UP the kids and our parents (above 60s of age) HE SAID HE LET US GO CHECK IN SO NOT TO "احراج" us, but the policy of the hotel us blablabla. In the end, he let us all go down leaving our stuff in the room. And said to pay. Now we lost stuff in the room without knowing how because of the worst service he provided.

DON'T BOOK ON THIS HOTEL. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SON IF THE OWNER IS HANDLING IT "ABU FAISAL" THEY WILL TREAT YOU GOOD AT FIRST LET YOU STAY BUT WILL EVENTUALLY FIND A WAY TO GET MONEY FROM YOU SHAMELESSLY AND KICK YOU OUT IF YOU DONT GIVE MONEY MORE THAN THE AGREED PAYMENT.

Villa Park hotel in the Alziziyah district is a well appointed hotel with comfortable rooms which have a mini fridge, kettle and microwave inside. Unfortunately I could not make use the amenities as I was serving a 5 day quarantine period after my arrival in the Kingdom. The hotel boast a good sized jacuzzi, a swimming pool, two sauna rooms, a fair size gymnasium, games room and a kid's play room. Wasn't able to use the dining room or the coffee shop due to quarantine restrictions.
