I've stayed in the hotel during my business trip. On the last morning I realised that my AirPods were missing from my room. I've kept them in my handbag pouch. I reported this to the reception as I could see rough address where the AirPods were showing as live. Reception did nothing to cross check with any potential staff address at the point. As I had to leave for my plane I had no possibility to go directly to the police station and make a formal report. Nevertheless, I was able to watch the movement of my AirPods and was notifying the hotel numerous times when they appeared to be back in the hotel! My headphones case is also personalised so it would be extremely easy to prove my ownership. Whilst I kept my other valuables in the safe I have never thought that I could not leave my headphones safely in the room! The worse part is the management response to the whole incident as they appeared to do nothing apart from exchanging couple of e-mails with nothing meaningful. Clearly such behaviour is accepted in this hotel. I would definitely not be staying in this hotel on my return to Rabat. The level of disrespect and complete lack of care towards the guest was just astonishing. Avoid if you want to feel safe in your hotel room!

Bad service 3 days to get my laundry done No other languages only French No hot water for shower if you late morning I went to the roof top bar and order quick bits , and they served it with out napkins, how the customer will eat …..? This hotel dose not deserve any kind of rating at all

The View is an ultra modern hotel situated conveniently close to the major autoroute ingress and egress from Rabat. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. There is no convenient desk/work area in the room, however, to use a laptop, and no spare electrical outlet near the bed. With an ambiance that perhaps is best characterized as "polite, cool chic," for those desiring traditional Moroccan hospitality and decor, this will likely not be their cup of tea.

Room are small. It's called the view but there is no view of anything, eventhough its located right next to the Abha Dam but the windows are tiny and not even cleaned from the outside. The fare is 550 for the junior suite, while I found a place right next to it with a full view of the dam, a full kitchen, living room, dining table for 330 and it has a playground for the kids to play in. We never stayed in hotel but it was a shock when it's talked about as a must go, but after seeing the room we left right away. Fancy lobby though and wonderful staff, they were very nice and welcoming.

They politely showed us the way out for no clear reason pretending the terrace lounge was closed while it was not. After calling and checking with their call center, it turns out to be a lie. The valet and the security guards lied to us. We’ve never been treated this way in any other place we visites before but there. We were planning to bring family & friends to stay there for a week in November. Will definitely not do it after this terrible experience.
