Spacious with good adequate parking. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better. There were many stains which looked like blood on the carpet which was an awful sight. The boiler in one room was temperamental and the ac was very weak in one room too. Neighbours were very loud in the hallway at night for a very long time we had to deal with it ourselves.

To be honest there is nothing good about this hotel. The first moment I stepped into my room it smelled really bad. And the carpet looks really dirty and it feels wet. Seriously worst hotel.

I had a bad experience and was shocked that the electricity was turned off after the first night, and the room card was required to be renewed, even though I did paid for two nights in advance!

The public rooms of the hotel are really clean and inviting while the rooms have somehow already gotten on in years. The rooms are equipped with a water kettle and a small fridge, which we liked. Also the internet was really fast compared to other places we've stayed at before in KSA. One huge drawback is however that there's no warm water in the shower, only in the bathroom sink.

We stayed there for 2 days and the place is clean the two issued we had was they should put enough water bottles and find a solution for smoking people there was no Ashtray in the room other than that it was a wonderful place to stay at.
