Very good accommodation! Nice rooms and good beds! It is very clean and all staff is very nice and polite! The breakfast is amazing and so delicious - the restaurant staff was very nice, especially Amir!

My breakfast experience was amazing, the hotel had a beautiful view . My experience was more positive because of the staff, very helpful and friendly especially mashael Alzhrani, she was very kind and sweet . The breakfast was fresh and tasty .

Hotel location is very good, furniture is brand new, cleanness is good too. The mean issue i have seen that entire employees are not well trained and they are not fit for such industries. This industry is dependent on the availability of disposable income and the people who drive it where this facility lacks to a positive attitude employees and a commitment which determines success of any type of business. I believe that the employees of front desk need to be trained as well as the restaurant manager who even doesn’t know what does smile means. I have stopped to go to take my breackfast for 4 days even i have paid for it reason that restaurant manager attitude.
