The only thing good about this hotel is its location. Everything else is hopeless, reception staff are very unfriendly and rude.We stayed there for three days and they didn't even once change bed sheets or gave us new towels. Rooms are tiny and there are no hangers to hang your shirts. Wouldn't recommend this place. They give no value to the customer. Would never go back there

This hotel is quite close to Masjid Nabwi (towards the western expansion), the rooms are clean and well-maintained with excellent services. The breakfast buffet is impressive. When requesting an iron at the reception, we faced a refusal and were directed to use external services. However, contacting housekeeping from the room (via 500) resulted in immediate assistance. The reception team should strive to be helpful facilitators, providing accurate information and guidance to guests.

The ONLY thing about the hotel is that it is near the masjid. Otherwise they are extremely unprofessional. They have no protocol or method of charging or not charging for stuff. You try to do anything other than sit in their lobby and they say “it’s not allowed! You will be charged!” (Seriously??!!) The receptionist we met could hardly understand English and spoke so quietly that we had to continuously lean over to hear her (I mean, what?). We came a week ago and they said no charge of parking. We came again after a week and they said parking is paid (seriously? Who gave these guys hotel business lisence?!!), the room carpet is filthy filthy filthy! The internet does not work on any floor or in the lobby. It just does not work. Period. And NONE of the staff has ANY clue what to do about it. Just a bad experience and an utter embarrassment In front of the guests we were hosting. Marriot Hotel in Makkah costed less with the same date of booking and same number of days of booking. Pitty! It is advised not to risk this!

Everything and everyone from the reception staff to the concierge to the kitchen staff as well as house keeping were super friendly and very helpful. Always ensuring that the guests requirements are met with ease and speed. Location was a bit far but not too bad. Approximately 5 min walk to Haram. Real value for money and can easily rival many Frontline hotels. Kudos Swiss International, you made us really feel at home. Will definitely visit again on my next visit to Medina Munawwarah.

They did not allow us to eat food we purchased from outside in the main reception lounge despite being adequate seating & advised us that we can eat it on the restaurant floor. (Even though the day prior we did and nobody told us that we weren’t allowed). When on the level we were directed to, they said we were not allowed, even though their colleague said differently. They tried to charge us for use of a table - of a hotel that WE were guests of. The carpet in the room is absolutely filthy. Stains and dirt everywhere. The bedsheets were mouldy and the bedding was stained. The breakfast is very basic & the tables they have need a good clean and there’s lots of grime and dirt build up in the crevices. Quite off-putting when you’re trying to eat. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, it’s a straight walk to gate 322 of the Masjid. Would avoid this hotel completely.
