Staybridge Suites Al Khobar

My recent stay with my family at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel provided complimentary dinner 3 times a week which we enjoyed. The ambience of the hotel and the rooms made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The staffs were also very helpful and kind. Overall we really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay at StayBridge Suites again.

I must say that it was one of the best experiences I have ever had, especially in terms of the warm welcome and farewell I received. From the moment I arrived, your team made me feel right at home. The level of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by your staff, particularly Ms. Reham, was truly remarkable. Her kindness and willingness to assist me with any inquiries I had made my stay even more enjoyable. Not only was Ms. Reham prompt in responding to my requests, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests like myself truly sets your establishment apart from others. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the entire reception team and Ms Fatima for their outstanding service. Their friendly smiles and willingness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued as a guest. Once again, I cannot thank you enough for the exceptional hospitality I experienced during my stay. It is clear that your team takes great pride in delivering exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for that. Our stay was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff are welcoming but they do not have lunch restaurant, only room service.

All that you can expect from a high end hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is extremely polite. However the breakfast gets repetitive, though its very good.

I was told that there is no room due to over booking even though my booking was confirmed a week earlier. I understood you could allow to book more than the guest rooms to prevent no-show damage. But why arrange lesser cost hotel instead.(5star is not the matter). You might make a profit through not only overbooking but also price difference. All the damage was belonged to the guest.
