I had the best experience at this hotel. We were treated with such respect and politeness. The breakfast was always fresh and tastey . Our room was cleaned every single day . If ever I go to jeddah, this is going to be my preferred hotel. We stayed here for 4days and had that most comfortable stay . It is close to everything so u do not need to travel a great distance. Well done 👏 ✔️

Good spacious rooms. Also, good location. However, the service is bad, I called the reception 10 times and no one picked up and i did that several time during the day.

TERRIBLE CLEANING, they entered your room, pretend to clean but do nothing, I asked them to change my bed sheets and they said no, because they only change them once a month, the rooms smell of humidity and the closet of pee. Everything is broken, my shower door dropped 3 times, you can see it in the photos and videos. Rude staff. The little food you can ask from the menu (because only a few things were available during 4 months) is disgusting, one morning at breakfast we found a cake with mould, when we complained they had the audacity of taking it away and say that it was chocolate. NOT SAFE at all since the staff enters your room without permission and at any time, one night they entered at 3am with the excuse that they had to check if there was anyone, they could perfectly check it on the computer or knock on the door during the day. And to complete this wonderful experience they KILLED OUR CAT 3 days before we leave, A cat fully vaccinated, with a chip, passport and plane ticket to go home. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This hotel had an excelente idea to KILL our cat. With almost 1 year, our ginger cat was killed by CPMA organisation. Our ginger cat was vaccinated, with chip, healthy, gorgeous and super friendly and We bought the ticket to bring him to Europe with Turkish airlines. The hotel management and employees knew that the cat had passport and all documentation to come to Europe and 5 days before travelling they called the organisation to collect the cat with a trap and after to kill him. Assassins! Also, some of the hotel staff are racist, they don’t like to help no-Muslim civilians and they are rude. If you think to visit Jeddah, please avoid this hotel.
