Signature Hotel

The hotel has serious hygiene issues, and they don't change bed sheet ,bellows, and dov. Changed three rooms and all has same issue.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff . Definitely recommend it if visiting Jeddah . Good location

Aiwah Signature Hotel !! As per their service , hotel will be always profitable. As they have Valuable Receptionist, very friendly in nature , helpfull ,etc. Rooms are UP to DATE , because it's SIGNATURE with Reasonable prices . Hotel is at Prime Location , so every 5-10 min you getto see a Flying beast with Lovely Swimming Pool and Beautiful View of Jeddah. People attending exhibitions in jeddah international exhibition centre should go with Signature hotel , it's just 2 min walking distance between hotel jeddah international exhibition centre. -Vishal Sojitra

The hotel rooms were good and clean and new furniture but they need to improve their room services they don’t respond to any of our requests even when we check out and taking our luggage and they need to improve the breakfast.

The Hotel rooms are good but Unmanaged. No proper Management to take care of the business. During the check in day, I had to change 3 rooms with in an hour. Each Room: has one or other problems.. First Room: Cupboard was broken and the toilet seat was broken. Second Room: The staff made me to wait outside the room and started fixing the Bed and as a customer i was waiting outside the room. Never had this kind of experience in my life as a customer. Third Room: was lucky Good But No hot water in the shower and i had to manage taking shower without hot water. Had made the complaint but no use . The Hotel lift lights goes Off while using the life. The lift doors don't work properly. They have only one Kind of Break fast, Every day and No options on break fast. Lots of conductions, if they serve a glass of juice with break fast then we don't get water to drink and we have to pay money for water. They don't server milk with tea or coffee during breakfast and also in the room no Milk Powder, you have to relay on black tea or coffee always.. No Room service Untill you call the reception and request for room service . They will charge you money if you ask for extra water bottle.. The Access Card for my Room was Disabled Twice and i had to make a complaint and the staff has no idea why it's happening.. The Power of my Rooms was disconnected with not lights and AC and i had to make complaint against and the staff has no idea what's happening. Sorry, to say i won't visit again to this hotel ever. But a manager called Hassan, was very helpful and ready to the feedback.
