I stayed here for four nights in a row at the beginning of November . it’s unpleasant for the following reasons : - water pressure is very hard to to handle [ low ] - bed sheets are old .. but it’s clean . - noise outside by night . - slow room service - i asked for an iron machine and they provided my with damaged one [ leakeing water ] it took them 1 hour and half to replace it with another broken one but it’s kida working i would not recommend it unless you’re looking for a place to crash for one night .

An amazing location that is very tranquil and peaceful. They have hotel rooms, bungalows as well as a dome room. The area is big and they do weddings and other events. The bungalows are nice but very compact and if you have issues with stairs, don’t book the bungalows as they have an upper deck with very steep inclines.

excellent service, delicious food ,great place to go stay the night with your friends/family such as complete silence and no disturbing noises at night, great hotel after all and would gladly recommend to others( and there restaurant is at 5 mins of the hotel too witch is amazing!) keep up the good work.

I have booked 3 rooms with my family based on the fact that it's been classified as 4 stars hotel. But guess what! It doesn't even deserve half a star too! Isloation between rooms is the worst that you can hear people in the next room. Room service is very bad, I have put the sign to clean my room since morning and left to spend the day and when I came back they haven't cleaned it! Slipper, towels, hairdryer, tooth brushes, shampoo, shower gell and so many other things they don't provide it until you ask! And to top it all, the hotel is full of drunk people and disrespectful characters we encountered in the aisls or the elevator or at the enterance. I mean we stayed there for 4 days to relax and have some good time but the hotel is not a decent place you stay in with your family and trust your kids or family members to go by themselves to even to the lobby. I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.

The only hotel near the shinas port but the services were impressive. Amazing Hotel with great ambience !! Loved it ! The food was great too
