The design is unique and the service is good, clean rooms. The tissue and washing box should be allocated somewhere not on the water sink.

Great location, and lovely design aesthetic. However, service standards really need to be improved. Housekeeping was non existent, with the price you’re paying you’d want to come back to a bed that’s made up. You could feel that the hotel operated with minimum staff, and that might have been part of ethos of hotel but it left the whole experience lacking. Otherwise, the hotel is well designed, love the rooms, the pool and access to electronic scooters outside.

What a wonderful hotel, the design, the staff and the hotel options exceed all my expectations. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Jeddah. Had some issues with my room but the management was very accommodating in making up for the issue and it was appreciated!!! I do normally do reviews but this place deserves it.

They tried to make us pay double. Kept locking us out of our room to pressure us. There was a cockroach in my room. No hot water. No bedroom making. Very basic breakfast. Not a good experience

The hotel has a lot going for it It’s cute and unique The staff are extremely friendly The design and atmosphere is very cute In terms of the accommodations and service it could be improved
