Just returned from the most amazing trip. Everything from check-in, the room and service was exceptional. The staff are super friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The hotel itself is located close to Kamari Beach with a wide range of great restaurants and small boutiques for shopping. Overall highly recommend if you want to relax.

The chalet 1 The farm (if you can call it farm) is its a very small house with a swimming pool. You can not take tan as the pool is shaded all around from the sun by trees and house..so No SUN. Finally there is huge huge cell tower directly over rhe house so it has health hazard.because of the electromagnatic power.. Better farms with even far cheaper than this farm.. Not recommended ?

The Kastelli Resort is the best of its kind. Initially, the staff is more than excellent. Happy faces, willing to provide their services, joyful are some of the characteristics of the people who work for the resort. Furthermore, it has an excellent restaurant by the pool with the best tastes from a brilliant chef. Last but not least, our room was the cleanest room I've ever seen in my entire life. Outside from our balcony was a beautiful well-known flower in Greece bougainvillea and everything in the place reminded us of the Greek soul. Kastelli resort thank you for everything and we will visit you again soon!!

I am giving this a 1-star because of the only good thing at this hotel- the receptionist. When I arrived at the hotel and after checking in, I was told that the room I had paid for was no longer available and instead I was downgraded to a room that was filled with spiders and bugs. There were bugs in the bed linen, on the floors and the bathroom. I was told that I would be fully refunded for the first night but instead when my travel agency contacted them for a refund, they were told they will only refund 64 EUR instead of the 400USD I paid per night. After this they stopped answering the phone. The travel agency tried reaching out to them for over four days with no response. The hotel owners don’t live on the island. Every management decision needs to be made by them and they are not easily accessible. Hence, anyone at the property, including the manager is unable to assist with anything. We booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi, the second day when we were moved to the room with the outdoor jacuzzi, it wasn’t cleaned. There’s a normal amount of bugs in an outdoor pool/jacuzzi, and then there’s an excessive amount. Once we turned it on, the top of the water was filled with bugs, to the extent that even if you moved a little, you would feel all those bugs touching you. Terrible experience overall. Much better resorts and hotels in santorini, would never stay here again.

Dino was a super nice host, very responsive and helpful. The room was very modern, clean and nice with an amazing sunrise sea view with 2 ACs. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The room is cleaned daily and also towels for the beach were provided. 5 min walk to beach, market, restaurants and bars. There is a common rooftop with jacuzzi and sunbeds. Highly recommend :) Blue dream will make your stay at Kamari, Santorini unforgettable!
