By location it's one of the best in town. Near to Bin Dawood or other interesting places. I have travelled to other parts of Asia, Europe, Africa, n North America, and to me this is one of the worst room I ever stayed in. The carpet is just filthy, the housekeeper needed to be reminded to change the towels n empty the bins, n also we didnt get enough keycards at the beginning so we had to get to to receptions for each of us. A day before we checked out, I asked for fresh towel, the housekeeper probably in bad mood said that he was out n offered me used ones. Wow.

I stayed here on 2 separate visits. Very big n spacious room, we got 4 sgl beds for the 2 of us. The foods were very nice. Good spread of Asian foods and middle eastern cuisine.

Went for doing my umrah on 08/12/2022 for 4days before went to makkah.hotel always smell good. The bed was nice. Room also smells good. The cleaner was nice. Near masjid nabawi. And gift shop.

Service not prompt,i have to called housekeeping again and again then they sent the guy for cleaning the room. Housekeeping staff are Arrogant. Kindly educate them how to present themselves for customers

The rooms are big and comfy. Located just 5 mins from Masjid. Lift efficient. Food is great. Was here with small children. Only setback is people still smoke in their rooms regardless of the signs and penalty. Need to put authorization in it.
