Rotana Al Mesk Hotel

Very beautiful and well maintained hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Very close to haram sharif.

Room is cleaned.. No Food services is here.. We've reached at 1pm but check- in time was at 4 pm!!! They understand our issue of long journey and tiredness!! I've a 5 yrs old boy also. They tried their best to get a room! At 2:30pm they managed the room for us. Location is excellent! 2 to 3 mins distance from nababi... So close!

I stayed for eight nights at this place, very good location. Very near to the mosque. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were neat and clean. I recommend this hotel. ?

The place is very close to the original old Masjid Nabawy ; about 250 meter or less; so you can cross by, great the profet (PBUH) every time you come across for prayers. It is close to many slling points , small shops for presents , food . About 300 meyers from Starbucks, 700 meters from AlBaik food shop . A Java sore is very close as well . I found no problem with rooms . Mine was small but clean with the principal supplies needed for a weekend-stay room . I usually get a electric connector that fits different knobs so had no problem in charging my phone The place supplies an electric kettle , a small tea and sugar kit. Bathroom supplies were also available with worm water. I heard thee was a weak WiFi connection in the rooms , so I told Omar; the receptionist who gave me another one with good net connectivity. I found no problem to contact customer service to have a change bathroom towels . They come on request. The overall stay was good ?

This hotel is near from madina but the rooms amd bathrooms were very dirty there is urine smell in the bath room and from every room its coming the furniture is very old but cleanliness is nil and there is smell in the room I recommend that don't take this hotel for families u can get a hotel in 500 and 600 riyals But don't buy this hotel in even 80riyal from out side the hotel is very clean and looks good but the rooms are very bad specially washroom so plz don't buy this hotel.
