I had to ask for 3 times to bring a towel and ash tray to my room. No water, kettle, tea, etc like normal hotels af KSA. Rooms and toilets are too old and rusty .. No phone at the room, so you can imagine to go 4 floors just to order water or anything

I do not recommend this hotel, they are not changing the bedsheet and pillow case, no towel, hygienic kit given. And the saudi receptionist was lazy.

Made advance confirmed booking, but when reached, the person at reception said he does not have room... and then he gave keys to 3 rooms to see from... the attitude of the receptionist was not good... no towels in the rooms was informed that laundry did not bring... the room was cosy and bed comfortable.... 8/10....

Good location Good room Nice building Renewed building Bad breakfast just only one item And the bad is little bit old I enjoy really bcz i m coming here for just sleeping The air condition have heater Over all it’snice to stay wd cheap prices
