Rawdat Al Aqiq Hotel

The overall experience is nice. Located a few steps away from Almasjid Alnabawi. I just disliked two things: 1. The room was very small. There was no place for two traveling bags! 2. There was food smell all over the whole first 2 floors, which was kinda annoying.

this was the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. rooms were not the best thing. they don't provide water with the boiler. the restroom drainage is really bad, it gets wet easily the water stuck on the floor. Housekeeping didn't come the first day although we called them many times and called the reception, even though we had made a problem in the reception but eventually, no one came. On the second day, I called them again, at the first time no one came so I called them again then they sent a man who refused to do it and told me I will come in 20 minutes because there is a check out in another room!. Imagine that there is only one person to do the room cleaning in the whole hotel. I shouted and told him I'm not leaving my room till somebody cleans it. Then he came with a grumpy face and did the cleaning. By the way, he had no idea about how to do the cleaning and I was giving him instructions. Also, he was hurrying and did the cleaning so fast with ZERO experience. Believe me, this hotel doesn't worth your money at all. It doesn't even deserve a STAR but I had to choose one it order to post the review.

Worst experience I’ve ever had during my stay time in abroad. Non cooperative and non responsive staff. Washroom is hell as water doesn’t passed. No room service and most worst part is no one is available for carrying the luggage. They even don’t provide carrier to carry during entry and exit time. As it is a long time stay during Umrah so lots of luggage everyone has but we have to carry all of them by our own hand. No one is there to provide any information or direction.

this hotel is a disaster. Experience is horrible. They bahave like they do pity upon us. They treat as like We stay here for free. They do not provide carrier to carry the luggage. Out of 6 luggage they carry only 2 by his hand. Other luggage we have to carry by our own from lobby to room. They do not provide water, do not change the towel, locker is broken and they did not come to repair. Just now one Bengali cleaner named as Dalim came and burst out upon us that why we told that no room service is provided. And told me to shut my mouth.

Outdated hotel. Bad smell. Old furniture and bathroom. In front of haram, but far from the mosque. Poor breakfast. The only good thing is they have dedicated expact staff. Not value for money.
