Rawdat Al Aqiq Hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my family from 7th to 10th January. Worst experience. Apart from the location, everything else will hardly make it a two ** hotel. All three rooms had bugs too. Moreover, the staff at the from desk were completely uncooperative and even not standing by their words. My Bank didn’t allow me to pay more than $1100 a day and I had very little cash with me. On my check in I said that I will pay $1100 and the rest which was about $900 next day via card. The receptionist insisted that they can’t check me in unless I pay 100% in advance. I explained them the situation and he still insisted. Then I asked him that I will pay $1100 via card and the rest as a cash but ask them that they help me return my cash next day and I will pay the remaining via debit card. He agreed but when I asked him in the morning, he told me that I come late in the evening. When I went in the evening, there was the same guy who promised me to do it and another one a big man with a beard who said that he can’t do it. I said. I have no cash left even for buying food and in many locations such as in taxis and small restaurants, they didn’t allow payment via my card but he didn’t lesson. Because of this I lived with difficulties and even unable to afford good food. Will never stay there again.

Hotel rooms are very dirty dust everywhere bed mattress very old , bad smell inside rooms need a major renovation, very crowded not organized at all. The only advantage of this hotel is the location facing the Masjid and its short walking distance to the Masjid.

Arabic speakers staff is rude they don't take care how far people are coming from after long journey. They dont understand english or urdu. Mr. Hamad behavior was so bad. If you face any issue Khan Muhammad is best person who can give you best service and solution.

Rooms are very old and toilet shower are not working. –Room cleaning is not good - reception people are very rude and can’t speak any other language other than Arabic - some of the lamps are not working - hotel is very over price base on their service. - people smoke in some room I am ashamed that we stayed here and embarrassed that we blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE

the cleanliness is not satisfied me. I asked the room boy to clean the room' the first day' they just change the towel and take the garbage' not make the bed tidy.. second day' they didnt come to clean the room. the pros is there basement parking so I can park here for free
