Worst hotel i ever stayed. It will be big mistake if you chooses this hotel. No properly maintained facilities.

Very bad experience! The noise from AC in room was too loud to fall in sleep! Hot water was not available when taking shower. The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t stable. Furnitures are very old and look like dirty everywhere, the bed wares were moisture and feel uncomfortable. Very terrible experience!

I booked a room through Rehlat app and after payment I wanted to confirm my booking details and called the hotel several times for atleast two days. The hotel never answered my call. when I tried to check in directly they did not have my details to check in to the hotel.They said it will be ready a little later and asked me to come after sometime. After 8 hours when I tried to check in again they told me still they did not receive my details but they did get a booking reference under my name. Customer service was not professional especially the manager in charge. They waited 8 hours to let me know that I will not be allowed to check in to the room. Horrible service by the hotel and their staff. They had enough time to call the relevant agent and check with the details which they did not and expected me to do that when I went back to the hotel.I went with my family including 2 small kids. I had to find another place to stay after waiting for than 10 hours. please avoid going here if you want your bookings to be confirmed by call and proper customer service.

Excellent room service , better food , easily available car parking & in general brilliant helpful staff with smiles on faces. During a month long stay ,it was home away from home for me & my wife. More than worth on what we paid for.
