Good hotel. Could have been a great one. Reception- Helpful and courteous Bell Counter- Helpful and courteous Transportation- Helpful and courteous Restaurant- Helpful and courteous Housekeeping- Staffs surprisingly always seem grumpy. Very slow in responding to any request put up to them. Location- Decently placed from Airport and AL Balad area. Good food joints and a local ekectronics market in walking distance.

The room doesn't have a proper window for which it looks suffocating however the room looks very beautiful and clean. The room service is very poor we asked for iron at night and we had to call them twice n next day morning again twice then we got the iron, after saying we want 1 veg pasta we get chicken pasta. Food doesn't have much varieties looks like they've put a lot but in real it's very less, location is good, near by we can find money exchange, al baik,pakistani restaurant etc

Dunno about the rooms but the service on the bride hall was a nightmare. So a word of advice, if you have an occasion I do not recommend helding it in their halls because wether you talk to them before hand or on the spot, you will have to serve your guests yourself.

Rooms were good in space, design and looked luxurious but clearly they are not well-maintained. Plumbing issues were there, iron stand also needed to be replaced. Staff was friendly and welcoming
