The food is perfect (luckily was sea food)next day wasn't that's good , it seems used the same food from last night! The service is five stars specially Daisy, she is so nice and helpful. For the room , the toilet was not clean and the water was so hot that's we couldn't take a shower.

The hotel was booked for me by Saudi because my flight was delayed. I’m glad they booked me this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Quiet environment. Good food and staff especially Kim. She is polite and helpful. Overall, the best experience I have with hotels. ?

(More than a hotel) This place was more than just a hotel they had 5 or more pools, despite the heat, the place is just perfect for outdoor walks. Their food was delicious especially their breakfast (they also do buffets with changing foods daily). Their pools are also clean which reveals how serious they take cleanliness towards this place. The customer service in the restaurant was a bit off because there are not that many waiters/waitresses but the deliciousness of the food makes up for it. The rooms were just perfect everything was working the way it should. One major issue that i had was that there are no mini markets for supplies, we had to exit the “hotel” for supplies and enter back in, but hopefully they will fix this issue in the future.

The service was fantastic and the food was more than what I expected. Angie was very helpful and Ailyn has been very cooperative in all aspects. I love my evening with these two wonderful people. They made my evening soo pleasant with their smiles and friendly gestures. I will always come back to this place as long as Angie and Ailyn in the place. I want to thank them truly. Thanks Angie and Aylin. Hope to see you next dinner.

I have chance to have meals In restaurant. I specially want to mention Ms Angie who is v elegant extremely well mannered & client oriented attitude. She gives each guest ample of time.
