We stayed in a suite room which had a guest room with a sofa and a kitchenette. We were staying as a transit before leaving after umroh. We found the meals are all the best. We love the breakfast full of various breads, coffee, tea, and others. The service is good, there were a welcome drinks in the entrance lobby. I like the special Arabic tea (forgot the name). However, for the house keeping, would be better to double check the bathroom before opening to the guest, since we found that there was a leak which we don't know where water comes from. In addition, the bath towels were not at the same size. As we were a four guest's of tour, we needed 4 big bath-towels, but we had only 3 instead.

"A place with good people" The location is good and the facilities are well maintained. Breakfast is also delicious. Especially the staff are very nice and friendly. Thanks to the staff, I made good memories in Saudi Arabia. Shukran! 고마웠어요. 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다.

Stayed here for a short transit before departing to airport. Room was clean and spacious although the temperature was freezing cold despite that the air conditioner has been switched off. The restaurant offers various delicious foods and the staffs are very helpful.

Good Afternoon i first want to state that i am currently staying in hotel. firstly the pool doesn't have towels, you must go down to reception and walk with your room towel. The television which they advertise has satellite channels, don't work and i have asked to fix, and the hot water in the shower is pathetic, the only good thing about the hotel the breakfast is good people are friendly but nothing you ask for is done. i am currently staying in hotel and if my company did not pay for the whole stay before hand i would check out and find other accommodation. Than You

The hotel receptionist was a woman who was extremely helpful and kind as we reached earlier than our check-in time. The Bangladeshi stuff were super helpful and swift- from changing keys to providing extra blankets. Their service made the stay a seamless experience. Rooms were good except the washroom of the standard room was tiny. However, suite was larger and even had microwave. The plug ports were unusual, didn’t fit. Location is decent not fully convenient, as ride is needed for going to beach or malls or any place for that matter.
