Rooms are very nasty and congested we booked room for three persons and the bed size was too small. When we request extra bed they refused to provide and the receptionist ask us to sleep on carpet. And the bathroom doesn’t have proper drainage system after shower the bathroom was flooded and we want ourself to drain the water with sweeper. Room has bad odor of our full stay.

I came earlier than expected but they did not allow me to stay in the lobby. No one cleaned my room for 4 days, no drinking water delivered for 4 days. Kettle's power plug was not fit to the electric socket. Bathing water is too much salty.

I have enjoyed my stay at Alahsa Lily Palms Hotel. I have been treated by a professional staff very well. clean room .car parking. rate is very good I strongly recommend the staying at this hotel when someone visiting Alahsa.
