I booked the room and paid via Booking.com. After I got there the reception guy told me there was no room available for me. The people sitting in the reception don't know how to deal with guests. It is ok that the room is not available. But the manner of the receptionist is unacceptable. Worst worst experience ever. Please don't try to reserve any room here and that's my request.

The location is good and the reception is very helpful and polite. But sorry, the SERVICE was very disappointing. The room attendant name shahad was very rude, he think like he own the place and act like he is in the right place to talkback to his guest request... Guys! You must train your staff on how hospitality could work, train your staff how to handle your guest needs.

Very very disappointing. The rooms look nothing like the pictures that they have posted. Very old rooms, & the beds are the only thing that were considered semi-clean inside of them. Even the glass cups that were set in the bar corner were dirty. There were a lot of small insects and mosquitoes roaming around. There was no hot water no matter how hard we tried, and after a while the water cut off altogether. The room key stopped working all of a sudden as well. It was a very unpleasant experience.
