OLlE TREE HoTEL

Not a good expeience, we rang before we went here as my wife is in a wheelchair and they said all ok, no way, dining is on the first floor, no lift, big problem. Room was dated and lots of ants everywhere, not good. Staff tried but should have told us when we telephoned. Two star at most.

This hotel is beautiful and clean! The food was excellent (we had breakfast and dinner every day) with many choices!! The FRESH fruits and vegetables and cheeses were many, varied, and delicious!! The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Everyone from cleaning staff, to wait staff, to the front desk and lounge area were polite, respectful, spoke English, helped with every question we had! There were a few who deserve special mention - Dia and Amer work in the lounge. They are everything I mentioned above, plus they have amazing senses of humor and went above and beyond multiple times! The front desk gentleman, Shakhtour and Wissam, also were intelligent, polite, accommodating, with great senses of humor! I cannot say enough about the staff! Thank you for a great stay - my first time overseas!

Friendly staff, large awesome pool, great breakfast, fair prices and good location. BUT… you walk 2 steps forward from the main entrance and you just see trash, unregulated, everywhere… without a care. This is not hospitality. This is not encouraging tourism. It’s saying, “this is a dump and we don’t care about our community”. It costs you nothing to pick up trash from the street. Ask 2 employees to pick up the trash from the field for ONE day and ask your staff to keep the property hygienic.

A very nice hotel. We came here after our tour of the wailing wall, church of the sepulture and other highlights. Outstanding buffet lunch. Really good dishes, really good sweets. Like top notch

Personnel very friendly + great food choices + terrific lobby and bar area + very nice shops offered inside + rooms were clean + I usually take the stairs up and down and the stairwells were clean + location was terrific very close to the train + this was not my 1st stay and will not be my last
