Very bad service. Dirty rooms. Loud music on all night. You can’t sleep from the music. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend staying in this hotel. I have called mutiple times to solve the loud music issue but no one does anything. This hotel has been getting complaints about the music for over a year and they don’t do anything about it. Veryy bad hotel. Zero customer service

Nice pool for quick swim, prices are great to use the pool and the price. As for local hotel standard is bit okay, but the place is clean. Lobby i love it

Very nice hotel and the breakfast is very good. It's a little bit higher than the sister hotel Coupard. I prefer Coupard.

I don't know how many stars this hotel has. But I guess, it would not have more than two. The carpet in the hallway is very dirty. You can smell dust in the room. The bathrooms are dirty. I had no towels in my room. I asked for the towels and they sent me only one small towel. The second day, they cleaned the room and took the towel and left a small towel. The hot water ran out pretty quickly. And the drain was blocked. So all the water stayed in the shower area and went into the rest of the bathroom. My room had no view at all. There was a wall in front of the window. I would never stay in this hotel again
