Novotel Dammam Business Park

As part of my long stay st Novotel, I would like to highlight the exceptional service of Mr. Sumon in the room service department. Mr. Sumon never failed to provide an exceptional and pre-expected service in a quick manner and high professionalism, and not to forget his wonderful smile that reflects a warm meaning of hospitality! This guy is a real asset to the hotel👏👏

The Rooms are nice and comfortable with good amenities except for the bed mattress was too soft and not too comfy but it's ok. No sound isolation as most of the hotels here . Breakfast options were average compared to other 4 star hotels in Saudi Arabia .

I’m enjoying my long business stay at this hotel. And I would like to highlight the exceptional service of the reception staff mainly Mr. Hashem who demonstrates high professionalism and generous hospitality in addressing my requests and arranging my work.

Novotel Dammam Business Park Hotel is in a great location, with friendly staff, but needs some renovation.on I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip. I was overall impressed with the hotel, but there are a few areas where it could improve. The hotel is located in a great location, between Dammam and Khobar. This made it easy to get to my meetings. The parking at the hotel is also good. I had no problem finding a spot to park my car. My room was quiet and comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated, still using old plug types, but it was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the flexibility of the hotel. I needed to check in late, and they could accommodate me. I am also very thankful to Mrs Lina in the reception for her kindness. She was very kind and provided late check out and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was decent. There was a good selection of food and it was all fresh and tasty. Overall, I think the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, the staff is friendly and the location is great.
