All thanks and appreciation to all the staff and management of the hotel at this most wonderful level, in all honesty and integrity, my stay was for one night only, but it is twenty nights, and I wished that I had enough time to extend.
Reception and reservation:
1- Although I booked late and in a hurry, I was served quickly, impressively and comfortably by the staff, especially Sister Hind who is responsible for bookings.
2- The hotel entrance and the reception lobby were an enjoyable journey that every visitor passes through, since you arrived at the entrance to the hotel and passed through the beautiful lobby full of antiques, flowers, outdoor seating and the hospitality of Arabic coffee and luxurious dates until you arrive at the apartment and you discover the beauty of the interior design and the wonderful decorations .
3- Suite Deluxe has been booked. The suite is an engineering masterpiece, starting with the engineering of lighting distribution, passing through a masterpiece and high taste of interior decoration and aesthetic artifacts, and a panoramic view of the city of Al-Kharj that was like a painting from the view of the hotel.
4- The toilet was top-notch in arrangement and cleanliness, and I can hardly remember anything that the resident wishes or needs except that it is present, even the smallest details are available and available.
The closest description I found befitting my stay in this suite is (daily stay in a palace).
A hotel that deserves all respect and appreciation, and one of the most beautiful hotels in Al-Kharj without a doubt.
