Convenient location. Had everything we needed for a short stay. The room was compact and very thoughtfully designed and equipped. Very comfy bed. Breakfast, while it's nothing fancy, there's enough choice to satisfy most. Staff were very friendly and efficient. There are small opportunities for improvement, but a memorable experience overall. Can heartily recommend.

I think the management need to relook in getting more staff. They are short of staff in this property though they were doing thier best to keep customer satisfied...Basic amenities were missing.

Definitely need some room renovation. Dark room, minimum lighting, super noisy AC, Moist Carpet, no hanger for clothes, no Slippers, minimum Amenities. And you need extra Time for waiting when calling to reception or operator for asking something you need. Location are great, near shopping center.

@HokairGroup @hokairhotels Is Mena Red Sea Jeddah even your property? The passage stinks, Our room got locked and they cant open it even with Master key, they have only 2 working staff who cant help us with a twin bed, room they want us to wait for 3 hrs for their maintenance guy I booked for 6 nights (22-28 Apr). Booking name is Hassan Shaikh through agoda. The hotel is poorly maintained, images differ from actual. Swimming pool, gym, cafeteria and restaurant are closed. We paid for the services that werent available. We need cacellation and refund
