BEWARE SCAM HOTEL. I arrived at this hotel for a 3 night stay, when I arrived reception informed me I could not stay because of a burst water pipe and needed to find another hotel. They said I needed to contact Expedia to get my refund. I followed these steps and now they are REFUSING to give me a refund. I will be forced to contact the police and trading standards. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THEY ARE LIARS!!!

Rooms only available at first floor. The rate was high compared to given service. TV is channels were not clear and bad signals.

Very old unmaintained building, doesn't deserve to be even a 1 star hotel, no water in bathroom and the staff says it could take 1 day for water in toilet. The breakfast isn't buffet and the receptionist said there is no restaurant in house. Wonder how they got 4 star rating if there is no in house restaurant. Wouldn't recommend unless it's a free stay.

This hotel has zero mantenance. Not worthy unless is for free, they need to be punished instead of giving them a four star hotel

It's one of the odes hotels in Jeddah. The property is big but old. Rooms are nice and spacious. They serve breakfast in the room and do not have a buffet area. Breakfast menu is very limited.
