The hotel is good , most worker are nice and friendly,, the rooms will be cleaned only if u ask, they fix room issues in reasonable time,, my only negative experience was with the hotel bus to alharam,, the driver don't care to be found,, 2 of the drivers specifically ,,the midnight one was the most helpful by making it easy,helping me with the wheelchair of my mom ,,, usually the bus have a side to be on i have waited with my mom on the wheelchair and my 13 years old son for 5 hours for the bus,, during Ramadan,the driver enter in the big parking and change side each time so we just waited in the entrance on the bus and run after him as he don't park a bit ,,,he drop people down then close and leave if u catch him good if not best luck next bus,, the 5 hours day i figured out that the driver in traffic use another way to enter the haram which is around 150/200/miters from the main entrance drop people and go back same way never check if anyone waits doesn't park for few min to be seen or found between another 200 buses or more or go down to the original spot to let people who's waiting know,,the hotel never answer the phone,,, 5 hour's with my 77 years old mom and 13 years old son drained of energy,hungry,bad bus experience and when i asked the reception if the bus had issue he said i should take the 3 drivers numbers to check with them where they gonna be! So its my mistake after all
