We stayed here in room#118 for one night 13-14 May 2023. Pros: 1. Reception staff receives customers with smiling face. Cons: 1. Bedsheet and quilt covers have spots. 2. There were no bath and face towels in bathrooms. 3. Ceramic tiles on floors were broken and loose which may cause injury. 4. Looking mirror of one bedroom and bathroom had big crack. 5. Reception Staff does not understand English. 6. After using shower for bath then it creates big water reservoirs on bathrooms floors. 7. There is no wipers available in washrooms. 8. No Iron and no iron stand was available. 9. No microwave oven was available. 10. Only one water bottle 330ml and 4 tea bags were served as complimentary. It was reasonable stay and overall it was 6/10. I paid 485 SR including tax. The room had 1 room with master bed + cupboard, 2nd bedroom had two single beds and washroom with door to keep privacy + cupboard and washroom outside the bedroom. TV lounge with 5 seaters sofa and one kitchen.

Not a good experience. Many issues with bathrooms, room service was extremely delayed, had to keep calling them.

I like it but facilities were not as per the price. Over all it was peaceful place

The price compare to the room was expensive, and the room was not that much clean, and nothing in the room was working, the refrigerator, the heater, no microwave in the room.. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.. (Room 216)

20mn walk from el Haram. But we did it. We liked the room, was big and clean. The girls working at the reception are really sweet. Warm welcome ? At night, some noises from the kids not sleeping ... but this something the hotel can t really control. Thank you for the hospitality!
