The location is very close toMadina but i have to say service is zero use of elevator zero cleanness one How new one also they say its 5stars hotel but if you stay like we have stayed you would say even a negative 5 is extra because it doesnt deserve it especially the elevator people are tired and when they return because of too much load on elevator although some of the elevators dont work you have to use the stairs . IMAGINE being on 14th floor and using stairs to go there !! the cards they give to unlock the door stops anytime it wants for example you came back from fajr prayer and then card doesnt open again taste the zero elevator go to reception and charge then come back with same elevator and try to unlock the door !

I wouldn’t be returning here to stay as their service and rooms are not accommodating from the checking-in which takes over 3 hours wait at reception. Work in progress therefore we had to change rooms. No towels, no toilet rolls and no room service whatsoever.

We were given two room cards but one of them stops working whenever it wants. Even though we activated the card after this happened the first time. Im stuck outside my room while writing this. The room wasnt great either, but atleast it was cleaner than most. Its an alright place to stay at if you have no where else. Ive stayed at a cheaper hotel that was much better. Although it was about 10mins away via taxi.

Very bad hotel, when you book a suite. They let you wait hours and give you a more expensive price. If you don’t agree, they threaten to cancel your reservation. Very horrible people. Even the cleaning is bad. You get a room without towels. They give you the tools to clean by ur self

Horrible hotel management!! We arrived morning 10 and when we went to check in they said check in starts at 4pm so we waited and then when we went to on 4pm to check in they said no rooms available and said us to wait 1 hour and then later agian they says not available and told us to go to the other andulas Hotel near by and we went there and its the same!! Waited in line 1 hour agian just to be told no rooms available!! Very Bad Hotel management for both Andulas Plus and Golden Andulas Palace !! If I had the option to give 0 star I would have
