I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The check-in process took nearly 40 minutes before I received my key, which was extremely frustrating, especially after a long journey. Upon finally entering my room, my disappointment grew even further. The bathroom was in a catastrophic state - dirt and untidiness were everywhere. This was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. I had expected the front desk staff to work more efficiently and for the cleanliness of the room to be adequately maintained. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations in these areas.

Only best thing about this hotel is the nearness to Haram, just a few minutes walk from gate 328. Otherwise the services, cleanliness and overall room. Ambience was not that good at all. The reception was good, but hotel lacks the professionalism in all aspects. Altjigh we arrived late in the day, the hotel didn't have any rooms for our paid booking. Were given room in restaurant level which was unclean and the bathroom taps constantly leaked out. No amenities were provided, no towels and no kettle in the room. The basic requirement of having the hooks to hang clothes etc were not there, neither in the room nor in the bathroom.

It is close to haram big & clean room but during my last stay on 13th Aug there was no water for more than 5-6 hours until we check out

Very very bad hotel .I was given only 1 key card for 5 beds room and that one also not working, asked customer service and they have very bad attitude.also the lifts are not good .at the moment fire alarm is on and it’s 12oclock at night,every one is out of their rooms. The beds are dirty ,no towels etc etc Don’t come here .it’s my sincere advice

Very poor cleaning service. No any provided tissue, towel, … etc in the room. The registry staff little tough, and I booked via booking App. including free private parking but the registry staff insisted to charge extra for parking.
