In summary, the reviews don't lie. If you are only after sleeping overnight and spending all day around Masjid Nabawi then you may be fine. The hotel is not clean and I had executive suite. The management need to pay attention to room service and cleanliness. The location is excellent and that is the only main positive about this hotel.

If you want to enjoy your trip please don’t book this hotel. I repeat please don’t book this hotel There’s No room service and the toilets are good enough to give you UTi for free. The only good point is that it’s very near to gate 327 like 5min walk

I booked the hotel with my family months ago. I did saw the rooms but I thought how much worse it can be but believe me it is the worst hotel i have ever been. When I came to the room there was an overbooking and there were no rooms. I had three bedroom suite booked but I only got a one bedroom and it took me more than 3 hours to check and to in another hotel!!! Pls people stay away from this hotel.

This place is an absolute death trap. The only good thing about the place is that it is close to the mosque. It took us more than 45 minutes to check-in. The staff attends to others while working with you. The room did not have any towels. There were bugs and cockroaches all over the place. The bed sheets were not washed. The condition of the floor says that it was never ever cleaned in it's lifetime. The showers do not have any curtains. The blankets had hair on them from someone who stayed before us. The sinks keep on leaking water non stop, the staff do not really care for it. It is better to sleep in your car instead of here. The phone does not have any lines attached to it. The toilet seat had a rusted nail coming out of it which has the potential for serious injury, when we notified this to the staff they tried to fix it but could not. And told us to wait till the morning for parts to arrive. It took a lot of back and forth to change the room. Which again had the above issues except for the toilet seat.

There is only one positive about this place and it is the close proximity to the haram. Only a few minutes walk. Everything else about this place is disgusting. Check in was a nightmare. Other guests were interrupting because they were still waiting for towels or for the rooms to be cleaned. When I finally got my room, it was absolutely disgusting. Not clean at all. No towels, kettle hairdryer or anything despite the desriptions and photos of rooms selected showed all of these. The bathroom was disgusting. Not cleaned in months it seems. Hard time trying to use the lifts. Very busy all the time. The whole place desperately needs some modernisation or updating. The hallways from my room was always used as some sort of a store room. Bags of bedding, stacked up blocking the doors the whole time I was there which was for 4 nights. Very dissapointing.
