I loved the hotel. The staff are welcoming us and they are helpful and Cheerful. Special Thanks to Raj. He was so helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice. The breakfast was great 😋😋👌👌

The hotel is old but well maintain as they are equipped with modern appliances and decorated with a modern look feel. The staff are so accommodating servicing their guest with a smile. They have a private beach where you can enjoy with such a nice music. This hotel is recommendable if you want to relax and enjoy

Very much enjoying my stay at the Intercontinental Riyadh. The welcome is very warm and the service is excellent and supportive. A five star experience from the moment you arrive with friendly service. My thanks to all the staff at reception, facilities especially miss Reem for her beautiful and warm personality, amazing job.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail, and despite its slightly aged exterior, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room's remarkable infrastructure. The quality of the amenities, furnishings, and the general upkeep of the room exceeded my expectations. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Very professional staff.

The hotel is too expensive compared with value provided. 1. The hotel is old and needs a lot of improvement to cope with other Intercontinental hotels. 2. The hotel lacks activities. I do not see it a place of leisure for families and kids. 3. The swimming pool is very old and full of dead flies and other insects. 4. Breakfast is not attractive neither fresh nor tasty. 5. The hotel cost is not rationalized at all even if it has a private beach. The water in the beach is not clean. 6. The hotel lacks green landscape and the empty spaces are boring and dull. 6. I see the hotel rating as 6.5. The good things about hotel are: 1. Staff are good. 2. Location is great.

InterContinental Hotel is a 5 star hotel in jubail. It's a 2 km drive from Al Nakheel Beach. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making equipment. They also have marble bathrooms, minibars and garden views. The breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great. They give towels for both the sea and the pool. The beach is great. Rooms are clean and the room service does a great Job bringing and cleaning whatever you asked for. Other amenities include gym, cafe, mosque, swimming pool etc
