Good staff. Cleaning was good. Food needs to improve. The array of buffet was worth mentioning but the taste was not on par for breakfast. Loved the front desk manager Ira. She made feel at home. The staff was polite and helpful all the time... Thank you. Would definitely come again!!

A great stay at this hotel, amazing experience and customer service was outstanding. Aiza the receptionist at the front desk was also super helpful in choosing the best room. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get high quality rooms with affordable price.

Water in shower was not hot at all. It was at best mildly warm, which, in the cooler months, isn't nearly enough to have a refreshing shower. Even after complaining, no action was taken and no follow up from the customer relations team. Even staff are not so courteous. Genuine, paying guests were rudely stopped from filling up even half a litre of water from the water jugs in the breakfast area. Even in India, I have not seen any hotel have this sort of policy. For breakfast, there is no fresh or even carton juice available. Instead they only have Tang as a cold beverage. Location is not too great either. It is a bit too far from the nearest metro station and the guest would have to hire a cab just to get to the nearest metro. In the room, the bathroom has only one ceiling light which is not bright enough. If you require to shave, you'll need to use additional lighting from your phone etc to get a clear view in the mirror. Carpet in the room had some burn like stains which the staff were unable to clean. If you are a business traveller, I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel for the above reasons.

Very very nice place. We had amazing stay with them. Very neat and clean property . Though not very big property but still it’s very nice. They arranged complimentary drop for us so kind of them. And they even upgraded our room . Such a kind gesture. The hotel staff is very soft spoken and humble. They have all the amenities like swimming, sona , jacuzzi and gym . Good one to stay in but Dubai. Bus stop is hardly 400m away and metro is 800 m away

The hotel is very popular among the Indian subcontinent travellers. The breakfast buffet caters a lot to them. Food tastes good but the restaurant itself is dirty. Across the hotel and in the rooms, the cleaning is very poor. Fresh sheets are provided at check-in and dustbins are emptied but not much else. Curtains and carpets haven't been vacuumed in a long time. Hot water is also a challenge - being powered by solar heaters. One has to waste several litres of cold water, in a desert land, to get warm water for a shower. Toothbrushes and toiletries are not provided. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're willing to compromise for the price.
